We purchase, through our private funds, diversified real estate properties from
creditworthy companies, and lease the properties back to the sellers on a
long-term, absolute-net basis. Our expertise allows us to purchase existing
properties, as well as to fund permanent capital for those properties that are
to be built. Additionally, we work with developers to provide take-out capital
for existing and to-be-built properties that are subject to long-term leases
with credit tenants. Through the years, our expertise in originating and
structuring net-lease transactions, combined with our long-standing underwriting
skills and capital resources, has allowed us to successfully service a wide
variety of companies with diverse real estate situations.
